The recruiter will usually do a quick phone screen, which is mostly focused on language skills. Afterwards there will be 1 or 2 interviews either in person or via phone depending if the hiring manager is located on site or remotely. Afterwards there will be an offer.

It might take time, two to three interviews, the environment is nice and friendly. You should be prepared and confident. starting with interviews, then accepted offer and signing contract and induction.
