very easy interview they ask you to pass tow interviews they asked me about my qualifications and experience ..what i know about customer service and why their company.. after the interview they asked my to wait for the feed back and after waiting for 10 minutes they send a message with their office boy tilling me thank you for your time and we will call you back in a week if you'r accepted .

Convoluted interview process. Micromanaging from the onboarding process. Very distrusting interview process, this company is jaded not sure why they are prejudiced against immigrants. Be careful this company will waste your time and efforts without just cause.
couple of steps, could be shortened (remote position) tech test system knowledge role play one way virtual then actual interview. nothing left to say but has to be at least thirty words long good luck.

Short and to the point, very professional staff and precise questions. if you don't get accepted you can try again later after 1 month which is considered as a second chance.
