It was a 3 step process for voice and non voice services .
1. Essay writing(for non voice)
2. GD(for voice)
3.Telephonic Interview
An additional aptitude and interview was conducted for Dell division of the firm.
Aptitude was easy consisted of basic questions regarding a PC and the interview was easy , some technical questions regarding PC diagnostics were asked .The main objective of the whole process was to test the fluency and command over english.
