A video interview. Started off cordial. Asked about what you would do to effectively defuse criticism about issues with attendee expectations in contrast with the value being offered. When asked when the company was looking to hire someone (and another company I interviewed reacted this way too), the interviewer suddenly got defensive, as if he thought I was trying to hire myself when I was instead gauging how soon I'd be expected to start if an offer was made. This was a turn off for him it seemed. They quickly disengaged emotionally and the interview ended.

Life Surge is growing at a phenomenal pace. The interview process was a great experience for me. I lived 3 hours away so the first interview was via video conference, the second interview was at the office location with 4 team members and I was introduced to most others that were working that day, The final interview was by video again & even during a hurricane, I received the offer within 10 days.
