Entrevista
The first step was a 15–20 minute Zoom interview with a recruiter. The recruiter began by explaining the internship structure and confirming logistical requirements such as the internship dates, schedule, and pay.
After confirming those requirements, the recruiter asked a few open-ended questions about my background, including my education, current role, and previous work experience. They were interested in how my experiences related to HR functions such as onboarding, training, and employee relations.
The recruiter also asked about my long-term career goals in HR and whether there were specific HR areas I was interested in pursuing after graduation.
Toward the end of the interview, I was given the opportunity to ask questions.

Are you comfortable with the full-time internship schedule and dates?
I believe they got back to me about two weeks after I applied. We talked on the phone and then set up a video interview. After two facetime interviews, I went into the office for lunch and to play a game with the team.
