The interview process was challenging and there were a lot of followup questions from the panel. Overall, still quite a learning experience. They expect you to know the app or the product you are interviewing for in and out.

I had an extremely disappointing experience during the recruitment process with Supertails. The process began with an initial discussion with HR, followed by a scheduled call with one of the company heads. Unfortunately, the head arrived 15 minutes late to the call and proceeded with the interview in a way that felt uninterested and disengaged. During the interview, I was asked to create a product roadmap for a new product, including detailed numbers and projections. I was also tasked with providing comprehensive marketing ideas and given a strict deadline to submit the assignment. I delivered the work on time, but after submitting it, there was complete silence from the hiring team and the interviewer. Despite multiple follow-ups, I received no response or acknowledgment. It is incredibly unprofessional to assign tasks requiring significant effort, collect ideas, and then fail to communicate further or provide feedback. This reflects a lack of respect for candidates’ time and contributions. For a company that seeks to attract talent, this kind of behavior is unacceptable. Candidates deserve clear communication, professional conduct, and respect throughout the hiring process. I hope Supertails improves their recruitment approach to reflect better their company values.
