      The process was structured and well-organized from start to finish. It began with an introductory conversation with the recruiter, followed by an AI-focused creative assessment that covered branding, social media, web design, and creative thinking. After submitting the assessment, I presented my work and explained my decision-making process, creative rationale, and AI workflow. The final stage consisted of conversations with Creative Directors focused on cultural fit, communication style, creative thinking, and team collaboration. Overall, the process was professional and transparent, providing me with a good understanding of the company and the role.

      The interview process involved three rounds: one with People Ops, one with the Creative Director, and a final interview with the VP of Creative Services. I also completed a design assessment as part of the evaluation.

      Entrevista

      I answered the job application, which I saw on LinkedIn, and I had a first interview with a Talent Partner, which was scripted and a bit rushed (if compared to others), then there was a 72-hour branding take-home case study. This led me to getting the assignment approved and presenting it to a Creative Lead during a 1-hour call. Once this was also approved, I had a call with an Executive creative, which was less scripted and more natural. On the same day, only a few hours later, I had an offer call scheduled. This call was short; a salary had been set and proposed, and the next steps were presented to me.
