The first interview that I had with the HR contact was a friendly one and the team I was invited to speak with during the interview stages came across as a fun group to work with

I really enjoyed the interview process. 2 rounds: first was a culture type interview with HR, which included very basic interview questions but was really more like a friendly chat to understand more about the job scope and career aspirations, and a 2-way determination of fit, both culturally and for the job too. I enjoyed it thoroughly! Second was with the managing supervisor and was more closely related to the job scope, and this was where I was able to really express my interest in the industry and how the job scope fits and aligns with my career aspirations. The emphasis on FIT really stood out to me. This company has a very open and interactive culture, which sounds like all fun and games but this place is very hyper-growth and everything moves quickly. The message I kinda got was only apply/proceed with the application process after the first interview if you know for sure you'll be passionate about the job, and I completely agree with that.
