I had an interview with the hiring manager. We talked about ways you could optimise the Supercell store, sources of traffic, ideas for how to collaborate with the game teams etc. I felt that my answers were to the point and applied. This was further confirmed by the hiring manager that didn’t asked many side questions. So I assumed I was specific enough. Unfortunately after 2 days I got an email from the recruiter saying I was vague. Which was a surprise for me, given the way the interview went. While I could totally get behind feedback that there are other candidates more experienced than myself, it’s strange to see such untruthful assessments. I guess it was just a random bad feedback that they needed to give to finish the process.
