Solicité el puesto a través de la recomendación de un empleado. Acudí a una entrevista en Supercell (Helsinki, Finlandia Meridional) en abr 2026
Entrevista
What process? I was recommended by 5 internal employees and was contacted 5 weeks later for a HR screening interview, which was perhaps the quickest, most vague interview I've ever had. The recruiter effectively spent 20 minutes rattling through the job description and made zero effort to find out about my background, qualifications or suitability for the role.
During the "Interview" he was using terminology that indicated the role was already filled or they were already significantly down the process with other candidates and the only reason he was talking to me at all was due diligence because so many people had recommended me for the role.
I don't mind not getting the job, or even being dismissed from the process early for what ever reason, But what i do have an issue with is being treated as an afterthought. 5 weeks before a screening interview that wasn't like any interview I've ever had. Speed talking through the job description then it took a further 2 weeks to inform me that "unfortunately They decided to move forward with other candidates that were better suited" I had already assumed that after nearly 2 months of silence.
You can tell a lot about a company based on how they treat potential employees during the recruitment process. -This was unfortunately a terrible experience, one that could have been avoided entirely by just doing it properly rather than approaching it as complimentary call just to save face. Makes me genuinely never want to work there. Awful experience.
