After spending 3 days of effort to complete a task no response from HR. Tired of asking status with HR.
Advice to HR and Management: if you are decided to not hire a candidate let them know instead of irritating the candidate to wait for a long. This is really frustrating after spending much time and effort to complete a big task no response from HR. At least give some response to the candidate mail.
