Screening -> tech 1 -> tech 2 -> c level meeting (final) Not that bad, it is kinda typical process. But I can not understand why c level interview is necessary since what I apply is just entry level position.

I had an interview with 4 interviewers and I believe they were all engineers in Quality and MFG. The questions they asked were mainly about your background and your experiences. There are some situation questions that were very basic. My experience in the interview wasn't as lively and positive because they were way too serious. My impression of the team: 1. Introvert 2. Work only for pay check 3. No Collaboration/teamwork 4. Care only for themsleves. After a week I was given an offer and it was entry-level salary which was a slap in the face when I have over 6 years of experience and success. I would never recommend working at this company with this type of environment and culture.
