1st round - Hiring manager (USA). Virtual interview took 30 mins.
2nd round - Senior manager (Taiwan). On-site interview took 60 mins. 3rd round - Manager(USA). Virtual interview took 60 mins.
4th round - HR (Taiwan). Virtual interview took 60 mins.
The ridiculous part of hiring process is coming. The HR indicated that my experience does not fit manager role. Because couple of my previous jobs only worked for 1 year (I was told by hiring manager). Eventually, they gave me a lowball offer and lower position.
