The initial screening consisted of behavioral questions and experience questions. There were questions on team building, conflict resolution, technical skills. Was ghosted after the initial screening so don't expect a follow-up. English wasn't the interviewer's first language either so at times it was hard to tell if she understood what I was saying. (blank look when describing my experience and while I was answering questions) Overall it was quick, no small talk and answering a list of questions.
