The process of the interview is one-by-one with 7 people: with the team members, manager, senior manager, director and other team members. Different questions including hands-on skills, knowledge of this area, presentation ability and personality to apply on this position. Each last for more than 30 minutes. It was with a department manager. Asking about the understanding of servers, and letting me know working overtime is a must. Then we talked about the salary expectations. The whole process lasts an hour.

The interview process consisted of 3 rounds. I was first contacted by a recruiter and scheduled a phone call. Next round was a technical interview for an hour that was a medium leetcode question. Third round was in-person technical and meet team. The whole process took almost a month, and I was ghosted in the end despite reaching out for a follow up.
