Interview process was great from start to finish. I was reached out by the hiring manager to schedule an initial phone discussion. During the discussion I was able to talk about my skill set and what I was looking for in a company. The hiring manager shared some company info and was pretty honest during the discussion which is what I prefer. I rather know up front than to be utterly surprised once I join any organization. The phone discussion went well so we scheduled a face-to-face interview. Hiring manager was very clear on whom I was going to meet so I can better prepare myself for the interview.
The interview process went really smooth. I arrived onsite and interview scheduled went as planned and accordingly. A day after the interview, I received a call from the hiring manager asking me to come back to meet with the CEO for a final interview which went great by the way.
Hiring manager told me they will discuss internally and get back to me within the day or next day and they did. I was offered the job!
The entire interview process went really smoothly and all happened within a week/week and half time-frame.

I received an email from the hiring manager, and he asked me to schedule a 30-minute call. During the call, he mainly focused on my resume, including my experience and projects. He was very friendly and also advised me to review a few concepts for the panel round.
Next was the onsite loop interview at the Supermicro office in San Jose, CA. The first round was a coding round, and the second was a technical and behavioral round. The third round was with the same hiring manager who conducted my initial screening interview. He asked how the previous two rounds went and talked with me about my work experience — it felt like a normal, casual conversation, nothing too serious.

He focused mainly on my resume — I mentioned FIFO, and they asked me about it as well as my work experience. The coding question was a LeetCode Easy problem involving bit manipulation. Also keep a good answer for “Why SuperMicro?”

I only went through the first stage: HR Interview. Since I live out of CA, this interview was online, but the HR said if entering second stage, it is encouraged to interview on-site.
