The process took about 3 weeks total and 3 interviews. Their Recruiter initially contacted me and did a screening interview. I didn't hear back from her for about a week and she sent me some skills assessment tests. I then went down and interviewed with 2 managers. Didn't hear anything again for about a week and I went back and interviewed with 2 more managers. Every interview they kept asking me to tell them if I was offered a job to please let them know. I did not get the job which was fine because it was a little farther than I wanted to travel but what bothered me the most is they ghosted me after the final interview. Pretty sad with such a big company and Recruiters who couldn't take the time to send out a rejection email that would have taken less than a minute.
