My interview took place at the resort's Job Fair for summer employees. I arrived early and they started processing me immediately. I was put into a large conference room with a bunch of tables and given an application to fill out. I was also asked to limit my choice to two positions to apply for. After all paperwork was filled out, I was sent into another room full of chairs, and waited for my name to be called. I only had to wait about 20 minutes for my name to be called, but my fiance had to wait over two hours (and he arrived the same time I did). When they called my name, I was taken to yet another large room with tables set up around the perimeter, representing the different departments that were hiring. I was directed to the appropriate table(s) for my desired position, where 1-3 managers were waiting to interview me. The interviews are very brief and pretty basic. No weird questions like "What kind of tree would you be?". One week later, I received a phone call at around 8pm for an impromptu phone interview. The interview took about 45 minutes! It was very in-depth, especially for a server position. Four days later, I was offered the job (despite having ZERO serving experience!)
