The interview process was very short and relaxed. They invited me to their office at O'Hare International Airport Terminal 5 near the gates at security. I talked with the CEO of the company who asked me questions about my past work experience with customers and how I would deal with unhappy or angry passengers. The interview was very relaxed but the CEO wanted to make sure that you had the correct answers and genuinely meant them. They offered me the job at the end of the interview and discussed the next steps in the process (i.e. security badge, drug test, etc.)
