The interview was on the jobsite and very brief. Because the company was not established it was hard for them to find qualified people. In the future - they should use sites such as indeed or monster to recruit.

In person at a Starbucks. Met with a project manager and a project engineer. One male and one female. The interview was very informative, they talked a lot about their company and experiences. Then they asked a little bit about me and gave me time to ask questions. Both interviewers were very friendly, not super intimidating thankfully.
The interview process for the Project Engineer position was seamless and professional. The panel asked relevant technical questions and valued my experience. Communication was prompt, making the entire experience positive and encouraging.
There was an initial screening by the talent acquisition team followed by a phone interview. I eventually did an in-person interview where. The questions were primarily about past work experiences as well as why I wanted to work for Sundt.
