i filled out app online the mgr called to set up in person interview. interview lasted about 45 min. was with the mgr and supervisor. about two days later i got a call that got the job, had drug test, and criminal background test. the interview itself was pretty easy there was no role playing or STAR questions- no behavioral-based situation questions like how you handled a certain situation.

Facilitaed my schedule and met with me after hours. Had several small interviews and then a group interview. Gave a tour and run down of position, met with several current employees and was able to ask them candid questions.

Interview was set up in different stage's. First a meet and greet with the GM and then a panel interview with hiring manager, GM, and some other senior leaders. Then we toured the facility and met several very competent employees.
