They focus on your thought process, core/transferrable skills, and overall fit.
For higher positions, they would ask scenario-based questions and follow-up with pointed questions to gauge your technical mastery and communication skills.

Have you had any experience identifying process inefficiencies? How did you navigate and optimize these processes?
Pretty ok, it had multiple rounds-first with code, Hiring manager and later with HR team, pretty standard. Mostly uses Azure and AWS as cloud and Python for coding. Technical round included python coding
Started with talking about previous work experience and familiarity with aws and databases, then some behavioural questions and team culture introductions, then the technical interview part - mostly writing sql queries, improving on sql queries, fixing bugs in python code

2 rounds, hr, director, behv based, and asked your programming experience. Tableau and Power BI experiences are assets. Their HR can get back to you really quick and the whole process took 3 weeks.
