Entrevista
I e-mailed all of the managers in Toronto with a short description of my skills. The next day a manager called me and asked me to meet the next day. I was interviewed by 2 men who asked general questions about myself and why i believed i could be a financial advisor. The final question they asked me was "what do you think is the most important thing is about a sales job?." i said the most important thing about a sales job is building relationships as the majority of sales are based off of emotions. After that, they told me that i basically had the job.

Interview fairly easy. Easy to get in. The training is top notch and intense.
However you need to run like a business not a corporate job.
In terms of interview, as long as you have an ambition and know the sales game. You're in.
Process is fast and straight forward, but the hiring managers usually missed mentioning the part of how the pre-contract system works and you might not be eligible for the role if you don't sell a certain amount worth of product during the period.

What makes you want to work in this role? Past financial/sales experiences.
Pretty straight forward, sales and network questions, questions about competencies and previous experiences. Have behavioural and experiential questions prepared for and understand how you can leverage your network in the jobs operations.
