Had 2 interviews. One phone interview with the recruiter to go over my experience and salary expectations. Another interview with the direct manager to go more in depth with the job responsibilities.

First there was a Phone screening, then an email to schedule an in person interview, then a follow up call to offer the position. After the position is offered, there is a background check.
It was a normal job interview. The person conducting the interview was professional and courteous. I was nervous as I didn’t have the experience they wanted but was able to talk to them and be honest.
Not selected for second interview. Have submitted application a couple of times but have not moved on the the second phase. Would like to at least talk to someone on the phone.
