Interview to answer questions to see if we are a good fit.
Then I had to fill out an Outside activities form (If you currently have other sources of income) I do have a side business so they wanted to know how many hours of my time it takes up. They told me they want to set me up for success, and do not want new advisors taking part in other businesses while they are building up their client base.
Once you pass that, then you move on to Background check.
After that they ask you to obtain life insurance license.

Easy process. Recruiter responds quickly. Phone screen comes first then online assessment. Afterwards first interview in person at office. Friendly. Professional. Meet with manager at the end of interview. Second interview if successful
it was very interactive , very helpful to know more about the role , hr was quick to arrange the phone interview , followed by an in person interview with the hiring manager
