I got the interview from Western University. So there was no pre-screening interview and I was invited to attend the onsite interview directly. The interview was held at 1 York Street, in the meeting room, with the manager Jenny Zhang who directly in charge of this position. (1:1 interview) Jenny asked pretty much resume-related questions, and wanted to know my work experience in detail.
