Round 1: Video Interview
Round 2: Behavioural/In-Person Interview with HR and Director/Manager, in this round, they have a list of questions to ask you and they are generally behavioural
Round 3: Networking/Group Interview, you are invited to a Final Day where there are many tables to rotate. For each rotation, there are 2-3 VPs and AVPs and 2-3 candidates go up to talk to them. The conversation is not casual and it was almost like a real interview. This is where I thought the experience was quite negative. Each of them has a question prepared for the candidates. The event was set up in a casual setting yet the questions they ask are totally random and honestly don't assess the candidates at all in terms of their ability. They are basically testing you to come up with bs on the spot. They did not ask who you are, what you do, and what skills & qualifications you have in the past.

What's your favourite city and why? What's your favourite location in Waterloo/Toronto and why? How do you think diversity & inclusion can be improved? Why Sun Life? Why CPA?
Very long interview process. Multiple steps involved, with a test and case at the end. Pre interview networking is absolutely essential. Very hard to advance in the process without a connection.

Entrevista
Once you passed the screening process, the human resource would sent out an email instructing candidates to log onto the stated link for interview with a deadline date. The interview was conducted online using an automated system, with timed camera for you to answer the recruiter's questions. It was quite confusing to use in the first place as the time clock could be blocked when scrolling down the screen. But they give you three chances to record your answers.

Applied online then a few days later received an email from the recruiter to select a date for the interview. Actual interview was about 1hr long, with both the recruiter and hiring manager.
