First round interview: Interview with 3 people- 2 from HR, 1 from Operations
Half French, half English.
Very friendly and basic situational questions--nothing too surprising.
They will ask you your location preference, if you say Montreal you MUST be fully bilingual. They will also ask you what you see yourself doing/what department you would want to work in. You must be mobile.

Nothing too difficult: tell us about yourself, about your work experience, school experience, etc.
apply online and have a first round interview with HR 15 minutes. Happen too fast, even though they are friendly but it is hard to say anything about yourself within such a short period

First round with 2 HR reps on campus. Basic fit questions kind of informal with a lot of behavioural. Second round in HQ where you get to meet all the other candidates.
