Very nice interview process. The store manager was kind and open about the job. He stated clearly what he was looking for. He did ask some personal questions that I was slightly uncomfortable with, but other than that, he interviewed in a typical and standard way. While he did drop hints that the bakery manager was difficult to work for, nothing could have prepared me for the degree of difficulty. I am now surprised and shocked that they "know" how she is, yet continue to allow her to continue. I now feel they keep her out of desperation. They should require her to take management courses or hire someone from another store to train someone new.
