Sit down with manager, asked about my past experiences and how those would help me be able to do the job effectively. Then they went over all the different tasks that I would have in the position.
Easy. Will ask about work experience and expected pay hours you can work and thats it was literally offered to start next day. One in person interview. Look happy be friendly and your in.
Sat down with manager and was asked about my work experience. At this point I had zero experience in the food industry but I was still called back and hired.

Fun and friendly interview. Made me feel comfortable. Very knowledgable and could answer all my questions. Didn't get the job but felt okay about it. I still go to Subway a lot and love their sandwiches.
