They had me make a sandwich, which they then taste tested it against one they had made to compare and see if it was as good as theirs. Very weird.

It was very laid back, with the most typical questions. The interview took place in the restaurant during open business hours and took about ten minutes. I got an offer on the spot.
First, they asked me to answer tell me about yourself, and then what is your strength and weakness. They brief me about the process on how to make a sandwich.
