I applied online and got a call a couple days later from the manager. Told me to come in for a interview. I came in and got there 10 minutes early and told the worker there that I was there for an interview. She told me to wait a bit because the manger was out for a bit. He came in and we greeted each other and told me to fill out an application. We sat down and went over my application, the interview was very easy and he told me to come in that weekend for training. I went for training for two days and I basically got the job!!!

I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
