The entire process is very simple and easy. I got a call back within the week, and inside the actual interview they were very open to any and all my questions. You will be sat down in store with the manager for approximately 15-30 minutes. Although it is in store, they do keep it private. They don't ask too personal of questions and are well aware of the boundaries as far as what's okay to ask.

What's your previous experience working with upset customers?
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
