I had an interview with the store owner and she was impressed that I had a full time job and was not a student. Due to most subways being all part time students she was impressed with my maturity. I had another job at the time and was not looking for more than minimum wage. I got the job and worked 54-60 hour weeks for sometime.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
