I applied online and received a call for an interview a few days later on a Thursday. The interview was at the actual subway i would be working. I went and met with the owner along with a PIC (person in charge). He said they were doing call backs on Monday, and that was it.

None were really difficult, however they asked me why they shouldn't hire me. that question stunned me a little, i mean how do you respond to that! lol
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
