First, I was called in for the "interview" which was more of a "this is how it works speech", It was respectful and informative, nice lady. What followed was a back and forth conversation about my responsibilities and work experience
Secondly, I was asked to come in to watch and complete a series of online videos and questions. It was in a small room in the back, nothing special. The following week I was hired.
Easy. Will ask about work experience and expected pay hours you can work and thats it was literally offered to start next day. One in person interview. Look happy be friendly and your in.
Sat down with manager and was asked about my work experience. At this point I had zero experience in the food industry but I was still called back and hired.

Fun and friendly interview. Made me feel comfortable. Very knowledgable and could answer all my questions. Didn't get the job but felt okay about it. I still go to Subway a lot and love their sandwiches.
