Entrevista
I called one of the many locations I applied to and spoke to the manager to follow up on my application. The manager was friendly and scheduled an interview with me the following Friday ( I called Monday) and I graciously agreed.
I walked in and informed her I was there about 5 minutes before the interview and she came meet me at a table 5-7 minutes later. She didn't seem too prepared because she forgot she was going to interview me that morning, but she didn't ask any questions I wasn't ready for. The usual, "Why do you want to work here? Are you able to work weekends? Are you willing to do work other than just make sandwiches?"
The interview as a whole was comfortable and semi professional at best.
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
Was pretty average hospitality interview process, focus on customer service in a fast paced environment, how to deal with stress, team work/ collaboration, company values, and your past experience. and availability etc.
