I applied online and then I went in person to talk to the manager a day later. After meeting the manager, she said she wanted to do an interview with me in a few days. I mentioned Jared and the history of Subway and then they wanted to hire me.

Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
Was pretty average hospitality interview process, focus on customer service in a fast paced environment, how to deal with stress, team work/ collaboration, company values, and your past experience. and availability etc.
