Saw they were recruiting people and dropped by a nearby store. First you fill out an info/backgroud sheet, and then they sit you down to do a 1:1 interview. The interview is fairly straight forward: mainly they want to know if you can fit in with the group, and if you can take the work load, which is tough at times. They will let you know about the result right away.
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
Was pretty average hospitality interview process, focus on customer service in a fast paced environment, how to deal with stress, team work/ collaboration, company values, and your past experience. and availability etc.
