I applied on indeed since I told myself in January of this year I’d look for job positions. And the good thing about Smile Time is that they offer to help newly graduates of dental assisting like myself which made me really want to get the position at the time and they also pay good. I applied and within three days I gotten reply to have my interview on goggle meet and I was super excited since I it’ll be my first interview ever…but when I was supposed to have my interview my interviewer didn’t show up so I rescheduled…then it happened again with the rescheduling and yet he didn’t show up again and with my third rescheduled interview I had it and it was a different person and she was very nice and things went smoothly and on the last part of the interview I was told with a two day time frame for a confirmation email would be given and those days basically passed and so I emailed them back for clarification and the next day they told me I didn’t get the position since they want other candidates but it just seemed like if you don’t get the position you don’t get an email at all so your just sitting and wondering. And I’d say when I sent my email I just wanted to find if they’re is people who talk about smile time interview process since it seems like no one really talks about it but during that I’ve seen reviews on indeed for other people who’ve once worked there and they said you’d be constantly watched on cameras and if they don’t like what your doing they would bring you into the office to tell you to work harder. If your a new dental assistant since they offer training your overworked onto learning everything from the jump and after that everything is hectic and yes you are told your going to be working a fast pace environment but seemingly from multiple reviews work culture is very hetic, your overworked, and your time is not considered which made me not want to get my position for Smile Time. After unprofessional rescheduling and other reviews from other smile dental employees about interview experiences and work culture it made me not want to get this position and I’d say if your REALLY wanting to work for Smile Time I would proceed with caution and know what you getting yourself into especially if your a newly graduated dental assistant. The only good things is you get really good pay and training if you do need it.
