They were very scenario based. I was asked questions regarding resolving customer issues and handling loss prevention scenarios internally and externally. I was asked a little bit on past experience. Which were other retail management positions.

Straight forward. Relaxed interview style. Possibility to move up within reasonable time/based off of merit. Opportunity to transfer to or work at other locations, simultaneously. Learned a lot about making the guest feel welcomed and befriended to ensure their return.

Very brief. The questions that were asked during the interview where not complicated. It was obvious what the correct answer was. Even someone who was truly not fit for the position could easily give the answer they wanted and then given the position. Overall it was incredibly easy but this allows the wrong type of people to be hired which effects the company.
