Screening interview with Human Resources followed by in-person interview with direct supervisor. Completed application, submitted resume. Was asked to provide most recent annual review and two reference letters. This was surprising, I never asked anyone to give me a letter, I was expecting that references would be checked by phone. Human Resources agreed to phone my references.
