Entrevista
Simple interview followed by a mock instruction with a current tutor. The mock instruction is really laid back, and the problems (math) were not difficult. The tutor who interviews you will give you lots of helpful information.
The tutoring simulation is so poorly designed that I have a hard time believing that it results in anything close to an optimal selection of talent. There are so many bewildering aspects to the process. Why am I interviewing with a woman with screaming children on her lap? Why is the person (a fellow tutor) in charge of evaluating my candidacy located in my target market (hello conflict of interest!)? I get the sense that this company is run by pedants.

There's no structure to the interview. It's essentially a free-for-all.

I had two interviews. The first one was a basic get-to-know-you interview where you learn more about the company, your job, and they ask you some behavioral questions. The second one is where they assess your skills and seeing how you work with students.
