Interview was great! Very friendly people based in Roswell, New Mexico. They were very open to all my questions and shared a lot of good information about the position. Hope to hear back from them soon about the job.

Multi stepped process. First was an email with a set of questions asking about fitness, comfort being in bear country, and experience in fisheries and freshwater work. The phone interview was a group interview and was dedicated to the more personal nitty gritty questions, like “what would you do if you came here”, “where do you see each yourself in a few years” and “why should we hire you”?
