I applied for the position online at the Student Conservation Association website one Sunday evening. A regional manager contacted me via e-mail the next day, and we arranged for a phone interview Wednesday morning. Once the interview was finished, I was offered the job Wednesday afternoon. Most of the questions in the interview dealt with my work skills/experience as they related to the job, as well as my past history with the Student Conservation Association.
