They are very polite and almost informal. They’re very used to being people’s first interview, so it’s very low pressure. They want to know your experience and athleticism. Also you’re being interviewed usually by a young person only a pay grade or two above you. They also focus a lot on how you work with others and how much leadership experience you have.
