The interview was Straight forward. The manager will have a phone call interview, an in-person interview, then you will have a second interview with the district manager. They ask you about your strengths and weaknesses, why you want to work here, and how you see yourself as a sales associate

very easy and chill not even formal. They just ask you to sit down and a conversation and thats it. Then you get to talk to another person. After that is the back ground check and then they will send the email to confirm the result.
