Very relaxed interview, talked a lot about personal stuff, second interview more formal and then Gallup was very repetitive . They want to know if you’re a type A personality who is naturally driven

Initial phone interview with a partial Gallop questionnaire. Second interview was a Microsoft Teams interview with two managers. Third interview was a Gallop questionnaire via telephone. Last round of interviews was a teams interview with HR and Manager
