The process was very professional. After applying online, a recruiter sets up an exact time for a phone interview. Make it pass that you will speak with regional managers of the location you applied for, and then followed up by the Gallup.
3-4 rounds - First interview with the recruiter, second interview with supervisor/team leads, 3/4 interview with a panel of people. Expect situational questions and answer with the STAR method. Everyone is super nice!

1st round phone screen- lasted about 30 minutes. Asked the basic tell me about yourself, why Stryker, and about 5-6 interview questions. Didn’t get an offer for the job but did lead me to a different interview in another department.
