It was a difficult interview-behavioral questions. Phone interview, then in-person/phone with the hiring manager, then Gallup test. Gallup interview is make it or break it. No right or wrong, however would be curious to see what they're looking for!

It was hard and kind of drawn out. Met with at least 5-6 people on zoom then was flown out for a final interview in Kalamazoo. It was a pretty straight forward process but definitely long.

They asked me “if you were on a billboard what would it say?”
Got foot in the door and had a pretty casual initial conversation. Was the referred to the regional manager and after that took the Gallup assessment. After this was flown out to do a case study.
Just had my phone interview, I think it went well. Basic questions why medical device sales why Stryker etc. and some behavioral questions. going to the next step now, so far so good
